Remote Research Clinician (RRC) Project Leads play a critical role in clinical trial delivery by bringing services directly to patients. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate closely with Sponsors, Sites, and clinicians while coordinating across a network of internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
In this position, you will operate independently to manage a diverse portfolio of protocol-driven projects. Your day-to-day involves delegating visit coordination tasks to Regional Specialists while providing comprehensive project oversight to ensure exceptional quality and seamless execution. You will serve as a change advocate, adopting corporate initiatives and mentoring less experienced team members to support their professional development. By identifying quality risks and implementing corrective actions, you will ensure the success of global RRC projects and help bring revenue forward through strategic forecasting.
