We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead construction projects at Grand Forks Air Force Base in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This role serves as the primary liaison between the government, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that complex federal construction initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and contract administration to execution and closeout. You will act as a key advisor to the Resident Engineer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), managing schedules, budgets, and technical submittals while mitigating risks associated with federal compliance. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively present project status, resolve disputes, and guide team members through challenging project phases.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens and are required to pass a federal background review and drug screen. The interview process will include a discussion with the hiring manager regarding salary expectations based on experience.
