About the Role
The Engineering Project Lead is a pivotal role designed to guide the full lifecycle of innovative automation projects, from early concept development through final implementation. This position combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic project leadership, requiring you to oversee the design, development, and deployment of automated equipment and robotic systems within industrial manufacturing environments.
You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and business goals, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers to deliver high-quality automation solutions that meet rigorous safety, quality, and performance standards. Success in this role means not only managing timelines and resources but also fostering a culture of innovation and technical mentorship within the engineering group.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or capital equipment engineering
- verifiedExperience with 3D CAD design software
- verifiedSolid Edge experience preferred
