About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator to lead projects from conception to completion, with a specialized focus on slab-on-ground applications for post-tensioning materials and services within the multifamily residential construction market. Based in Alpharetta, GA, this position serves as a critical bridge between our sales, engineering, and operations teams. The primary goal is to enhance customer service delivery and drive market share growth by ensuring seamless project execution.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for multiple projects, managing timelines and scope while providing essential field service support to fulfill contractual obligations. You will collaborate closely with the corporate engineering group to develop detailed engineering and field installation plans, maintaining comprehensive documentation including structural drawings, specifications, and RFIs. Beyond project management, you will develop accurate material estimates and partner with the sales team to understand client needs, ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.
The role also offers opportunities for business development, inviting you to attend industry associations and events to promote our company capabilities and identify new business opportunities.
