As a Project Analyst, you will serve as a key contributor in the Eligibility Modernization Office (EMO), supporting complex system modernization and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and vendors to lead stakeholder discovery, translate business, policy, and technical needs into clear requirements, and evaluate system and process designs.
You will play a central role in planning and supporting testing, implementation, data validation, and project reporting, ensuring that deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria. This role also supports security and compliance activities, maintains authoritative project documentation, and provides leadership within Agile/Scrum teams to help ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals.
You will work with a tech-forward team that is geographically distributed, collaborating virtually with colleagues and contractors across Alaska and the U.S.
This position is open to Alaskan residents only. Please check the residency definition to determine if you qualify. The position is currently located in Anchorage, but may be in Anchorage, Juneau, or Wasilla, depending upon the location of the most qualified candidate.
