The Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) is designed for individuals with serious mental illness who face challenges in maintaining housing. Our mission is to help these individuals secure housing, find employment, access mental health services, and achieve greater stability in their lives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical support for mental health treatment while leading a dedicated team. You will be responsible for managing program areas, overseeing the delivery of services, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care.
In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and implement systems for continuous quality improvement. You will assess, coordinate, and implement direct support services tailored to client needs. A key part of your day involves participating in the hiring, training, and ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff, as well as monitoring the program budget. You will also ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their support systems, and partner service providers.

This position operates on a Sunday-Thursday shift from 10 am to 6 pm and requires on-call flexibility. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with 3 points or less and have access to an insured vehicle.
