The Phlebotomist/Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) plays a vital role in our patient care ecosystem. This position performs essential tasks relating to specimen procurement, processing, distribution, and results. You will execute phlebotomy and capillary puncture procedures on a diverse patient population, ranging from neonates through adults. Success in this role requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when drawing and handling patient specimens, ensuring accuracy and safety at every step.
