About the Role

This position is dedicated to developing and growing Arcadis' market share in the Oak Ridge area. You will focus on key sectors including Department of Energy investments, Department of Defense projects, private developers, nuclear enrichment, small modular reactor siting, artificial intelligence, and data center development. A core part of your mission involves expanding relationships with national laboratories, economic development agencies, regulatory bodies, EPC companies, the Tennessee Valley Authority, and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.

You will collaborate with regional leadership and various sector leaders to align hiring plans with business opportunities, identifying and recruiting local talent to grow the region's capability. This role requires leading complex business change solutions, managing strategic negotiations, and overseeing programs ranging between $20 million and $75 million in capital spend.
