About the Role
The Program Manager serves as the central leader for engineering project activity within a plastic injection molding environment. This role is critical for guiding tooling development from the initial order intake through final production handoff. The position ensures that timing, quality, and technical specifications are consistently met while bridging the gap between technical execution and customer communication.
In this capacity, you will manage Project Engineers, acting as the primary point of coordination for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Approximately 25% of the role involves direct customer interaction, requiring you to support sales efforts and technical discussions while maintaining a Lean, organized manufacturing environment. The position operates on a day shift with flexible scheduling.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field OR equivalent experience
- verified10+ years of experience in tooling, plastics, or manufacturing engineering
- verifiedStrong background in tool development within injection molding environments
- verifiedExperience in mold making or journeyman-level tooling background strongly preferred
- verifiedProven project management experience in manufacturing
- verifiedStrong leadership and supervisory experience required
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
