About the Role
As a Program Manager (Adult Foster Care), you will lead a group of individuals dedicated to supporting people with cognitive and physical challenges. You will manage the daily operation of a group home, creating a positive and supportive teamwork environment where all members contribute and are valued.
In this role, you will supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, ensuring they provide excellent support and service as outlined in each individual's Person-centered Plan. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating outings, advocating for full community access for the individuals you serve, and overseeing maintenance, safety standards, budgeting, staff-related issues, and vehicles.
