As a Program Manager – SOW on our Enterprise Solutions team, you'll serve as the primary onsite lead for a complex, high-volume services procurement program. This role is designed for someone who is equally comfortable at the whiteboard and in the weeds, building credibility with senior stakeholders through execution rather than presentations. You will guide hiring managers through the full SOW lifecycle, drive supplier performance, and ensure the program runs with precision and integrity.
You will thrive in an environment where problems are real and the pace is fast. Your day will involve balancing program governance with a service-oriented mindset, managing supplier relationships, and resolving escalations at the transactional level while maintaining strategic oversight.
