About the Team

Hays Enterprise Solutions partners with some of the world's largest organizations to design and deliver workforce solutions that go beyond traditional recruitment. We manage and strategically develop a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies, working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.

When you join Enterprise Solutions, you're joining a high-performing team that spans industry veterans with 12+ years of MSP/RPO expertise alongside professionals earlier in their Hays journey. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hands-on leadership and a culture that celebrates results.

About the Role

As a Program Manager – SOW on our Enterprise Solutions team, you'll serve as the primary onsite lead for a complex, high-volume services procurement program. This role is designed for someone who is equally comfortable at the whiteboard and in the weeds, building credibility with senior stakeholders through execution rather than presentations. You will guide hiring managers through the full SOW lifecycle, drive supplier performance, and ensure the program runs with precision and integrity.

You will thrive in an environment where problems are real and the pace is fast. Your day will involve balancing program governance with a service-oriented mindset, managing supplier relationships, and resolving escalations at the transactional level while maintaining strategic oversight. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will partner directly with hiring managers to educate, promote, and drive adoption of the SOW and contingent workforce program.

Hiring Process

Ready to own the program? Apply now to join a team that challenges the status quo in its ways of working, technology, and vision for stronger, fairer, and more inclusive working environments.

Our Culture & Commitment to Diversity

Hays is the world's leading recruitment expert, employing over 13,000 recruiting experts across 32 countries. We care deeply about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Everyone is welcome here. We encourage applicants from all groups, including women, indigenous people, visible or racial minorities, persons with disabilities, and anyone else who may belong to any group protected by federal, state, or local law.

Our active Employee Resource Groups—including the Pride Network, Black Excellence Network, WE Lead, and groups supporting Veterans, Neurodiverse individuals, South Asians, and Sustainability—are available to you from day one. Hays is an equal employment opportunity employer and complies with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, creed, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other protected characteristics.
