The Program Director, Foundation Relations will lead strategic fundraising initiatives designed to advance our mission. This role exists to secure critical resources by developing and managing relationships with foundations and key funders. You will identify and cultivate grant opportunities, overseeing the entire lifecycle from proposal development to reporting.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leaders across our system to align funding priorities with community health needs. Your day-to-day involves crafting compelling cases for support, managing a dynamic portfolio of institutional funders, and ensuring that every grant initiative reflects the values and mission of Essentia Health. You will also provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, driving continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices in healthcare philanthropy.
