PowerMyLearning is a national nonprofit transforming math education through innovative products and evidence-based professional learning. For over two decades, we have worked in historically marginalized communities to demonstrate statistically significant gains in math achievement, growth mindset, and teacher practice.
Our solutions foster rich math discourse, meaningfully engage families, and support multilingual learners. We equip teachers with AI-driven insights that reveal how students think about math, not just whether they get the right answer. Our core values—Strengthen Relationships, Embrace Learning, Advance Equity, and Embody Humility—guide our mission to ensure every child builds strong math foundations and thrives academically.

PowerMyLearning operates within the education industry, with its headquarters located in New York. The organization designs evidence-based programs, innovative tools, and professional learning resources aimed at revealing how students approach mathematics. These solutions provide educators with deeper insights intended to save time and enhance instructional quality. For over 25 years, the company has partnered with schools and districts across the nation to strengthen math learning, with a specific focus on multilingual learners and students from historically underserved communities.
A key component of their offerings is MathVoice, an evidence-based math practice tool formerly known as Family Playlists. Designed for grades K–2, this platform utilizes play-based activities to bring learning to life. The tool assists students in building mastery of grade-level content, engaging in meaningful math conversations, and developing the confidence and growth mindsets necessary for long-term success. The organization's programs are supported by a robust evidence base demonstrating statistically significant impacts on math achievement for K–5 students. Data indicates a 10.2 percentage point improvement in math achievement, a 34% increase in students meeting grade-level standards, and a 70% rate of students improving their i-Ready grade placement level.
