About the Role
We are seeking a Production Supervisor with deep industry technical expertise to lead our fabrication and assembly operations. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between engineering design and physical production, ensuring that electrical power distribution equipment is built to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
In this position, you will serve as the central coordinator for the production lifecycle, from the initial release of fabrication orders through assembly, wiring, testing, and final shipment. You will manage assigned projects on the production floor, overseeing personnel and resources to drive plant productivity. Your day will involve conducting design reviews, troubleshooting technical issues with engineers, and facilitating process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

You will work closely with the plant manager, engineering teams, and sales to coordinate cross-departmental jobs and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements
