About the Role
The Production Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and high-quality production. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, empowering your team to achieve key performance metrics while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. Your day-to-day involves leading the team to serve sales by achieving production schedules, optimizing throughput, and ensuring on-time, in-full shipping.
You will embrace the consumer by producing high-quality products and support your team in executing the Operations Excellence Playbook. This role requires a "One Team" mentality, collaborating across departments to solve issues and maintain world-class standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. You will coach associates toward an independent, problem-solving mentality, utilizing tools like tablets and essential applications to keep processes running effectively.
