About the Role
Hyperion Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Manufacturing & Production department. This role exists to ensure our production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the bridge between cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and troubleshooting issues as they arise on the floor.
In this position, you will not only oversee workflow and assign work but also foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and collaboration. Your day will involve coaching and developing operators, supporting an innovative environment that encourages career growth, and ensuring that every team member feels engaged and valued. By partnering with maintenance, quality, and engineering, you will help minimize downtime and implement process enhancements that keep our operations running smoothly.
