This position serves as a vital link in our production environment, where the primary mission is to achieve operational excellence through the supervision and coordination of workflow activities. In this capacity, you will act as a role model for work ethic and professional conduct, fostering a safety-focused environment where teamwork and productivity thrive. You will be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing techniques to manage costs while maintaining rigorous quality controls. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Operations and Plant Managers to align schedules, resolve production issues, and ensure full compliance with all internal and external policies.
Beyond technical oversight, this role is deeply people-centric. You will be instrumental in orienting and training new employees, coaching staff on company rules and safety protocols, and resolving personnel issues fairly. By facilitating total employee involvement in continuous improvement processes, you will help shape a workplace where safety and efficiency are shared values.
