The Production Shift Supervisor serves as the operational anchor for our Distillation and Compounding units in Winter Haven, FL. This role exists to ensure that all production activities are conducted safely, compliantly, and efficiently, directly supporting our mission to deliver high-quality nutritional solutions. You will partner with other shift and department supervisors to align workflow, resources, and production priorities, ensuring seamless handovers and continuous operational momentum.
In this position, you will act as the lead responder during emergencies or security incidents while on duty. Your day involves providing managerial, technical, and training leadership across assigned manufacturing units, prioritizing resources to meet daily production requirements, and maintaining a working knowledge of all production processes and equipment. You will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, investigating deviations to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions that uphold our rigorous safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
