About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our production and fulfillment operations in Austin, TX. In this role, you will ensure our coffee moves efficiently from roasting to packaging to shipment, maintaining high quality, on-time delivery, and sustainable costs.
You will own production planning, labor and capacity management, and operational performance across the facility. This position requires a leader who is equally comfortable on the production floor and in operational planning—someone capable of solving problems quickly, building strong teams, and continuously improving our operations. You will lead shift leads and partner closely with Supply Chain, Green Coffee, Finance, HR, and Customer Service to meet customer delivery commitments while building scalable systems to support our continued growth.
