Product Technician

About the Role

Ingrasys Technology USA, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Product Technician (EPD II) to serve as a critical bridge between engineering and manufacturing operations. Based in our Sunnyvale, CA facility, this role ensures the integrity of product data across our Agile and SAP systems. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Approved Manufacturer List (AML) records, ensuring that engineering designs align seamlessly with manufacturing requirements.

Day-to-Day Impact

Your work will directly support the accuracy and completeness of product structures. You will manage the synchronization between Agile PLM and SAP ERP, investigating and resolving data mismatches through root cause analysis. This position requires a high level of precision to validate BOMs and maintain AMLs, ensuring that the data flowing into production is reliable. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives to refine product data management processes.

Team Context

As a bilingual professional, you will interface directly with our Taiwan engineering team, facilitating clear communication and data alignment across global operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency in our hardware manufacturing and NPI environments, where accurate part numbering and component understanding are vital.
