About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader within the Creative department, managing and mentoring a team of Product Marketing Associates. You will act as the vital liaison between Merchandising and Creative, guiding the new product selection process and ensuring efficient communication across departments regarding product development and web marketing. Your day-to-day involves conceptualizing new product positioning from the customer's perspective, reviewing market research to anticipate trends, and directing designs for catalogs, web pages, flyers, stuffers, and emails.
