At Gaia Family, we're building modern fertility coverage that actually works — for patients and for employers. We partner with companies to offer IVF and egg freezing as a structured, outcomes-aligned benefit that complements our existing consumer offering. We've already signed our first employer logos but are still early in our journey.
We are an ambitious, fast-moving team backed by top-tier investors, including Valar Ventures and Atomico. Our culture is defined by high ownership, deep collaboration, and a bias toward action. We believe great product teams combine strong judgment with fast iteration, running lots of experiments and staying close to customers to prioritize business impact over process theater.
This is a zero-to-one General Manager role disguised as a Product Manager position. You will own the Employer product line like a business, working in close partnership with our Head of Employer Sales, Head of Product, engineering team, executives, Ops, Finance, and Legal.
If you want to just manage a backlog, this is not the job for you. If you want to build a business inside a company, it is. You will define the long-term vision, turn ambiguity into a crisp roadmap, and drive revenue impact by building the system from scratch. Your day-to-day will involve everything from customer sales conversations and implementation to onboarding, employee enrollment, and usage. You will obsess over the full system, not just one aspect, and co-lead the ROI strategy by understanding case rates, utilization, and loss ratios.
We are highly AI-native. We use AI throughout product development, operations, analysis, and communication. The people who succeed here are naturally curious builders who adopt new tools quickly and constantly look for leverage.
You won't be inheriting a polished product; you will be building the operating system for a new line of business. This role offers real leverage over revenue, the chance to work on a meaningful problem in healthcare with a massive market opportunity, and unusually high autonomy and visibility. You will join a small, high-talent team where decisions ship quickly, helping to define the future of fertility financing and the patient experience. As the company scales, there is meaningful equity upside.
We move fast and care deeply about quality. We operate with high ownership and believe in rolling up your sleeves to execute successfully. We encourage team members to wear many hats and are constantly testing out the latest tools to scale ourselves and our teams.
If you are excited about building a business inside a company and want to help define the future of fertility coverage, we'd love to talk.
