Cheez is a new mobile application redefining how we capture and share moments. Powered by advanced facial recognition, the app automatically sends you the pictures your friends take of you, ensuring you never miss a shot. Our engineering and product teams are comprised of veterans from top tech giants like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook, united by a mission to create engaging, intuitive, and seamless user experiences.
As a Designer at Cheez, you will partner closely with our talented product and engineering teams to craft the visual and interactive heart of our mobile app. This role exists to bring our brand to life through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that facilitate effortless interactions.
In this position, you will take ownership of your projects, communicating your design rationale while remaining receptive to feedback from both stakeholders and users. You will advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions, and contribute to the evolution of our design system, style guide, and component library. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with initiative while staying informed on the latest design trends and technologies.
We value transparency and efficiency. While specific steps may vary, our process is designed to assess your design process, UX/UI skills, and cultural fit through portfolio reviews and collaborative discussions.
We are building a supportive, inclusive team culture where everyone is encouraged to learn, grow, and contribute. We are passionate about photo sharing, social media, and technology, and we welcome individuals who share this enthusiasm. Cheez is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
