About the Role
As a Produce Manager at our Mid-Level Store, you will serve as a key leader within the Produce Department. Your primary mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality fresh produce while expertly assisting our customers. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including maintaining department cleanliness, proper signage, and inventory integrity. This role requires you to collaborate closely with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure pricing accuracy and to efficiently schedule team members while monitoring sales and labor metrics.
