About the Role
As the Procurement Director for Information Technology (IT), Lab, and R&D, you will direct the development and maintenance of leading-edge global and regional sourcing strategies. You will bring subject matter expertise to coach category teams and ensure that external partners deliver sustainable value for BD. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring you to partner with C-suite stakeholders to align strategic direction with functional and business goals. You will drive the evolution of how BD sources technology and R&D services, ensuring that category strategies reflect regional market conditions and deliver long-term value.

Requirements
