About the Role

The Procurement Coordinator is a critical role ensuring accurate cost tracking, reporting, and analysis while maintaining compliance with company accounting standards. You will collaborate closely with Construction Managers and Operations Leadership to support project execution within budgeted CAPEX parameters. This position serves as a key interface between OSP personnel, vendors, and internal departments to communicate CAPEX status, ensuring that financial and inventory data is meticulously managed across multiple locations.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Kansas City, MO. The role requires an in-office presence 5 days each week to effectively coordinate with teams and manage on-site inventory.
