As a Process Engineer II, you will serve as the in-factory specialist for materials and processes. This role exists to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability and safety, and maximize profitability. You will be the bridge between technical data and factory execution, ensuring that Technical Data Package (TDP) shelf-life materials are correctly specified in Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and authoring the procedures that guide material processing.
You will thrive in a self-motivated environment where you collaborate with multi-disciplined teams committed to innovation. Your day-to-day involves integrating process equipment within the factory, documenting functionality, and actively participating in daily production meetings. You will work directly on the factory floor to quickly address production issues, ensuring root causes are understood and solutions are robust. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of common materials and Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability and eliminate constraints.
