As a Process Engineer II, you will be the in-factory materials and process specialist, working to improve processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability and safety, and maximize profitability. You will thrive in a self-motivated environment, collaborating with multi-disciplined teams committed to innovation and pushing the boundaries of technology.
Your day-to-day work involves verifying that Technical Data Package (TDP) shelf-life materials are correctly called out in Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and writing material processing procedures. You will collaborate on integrating process equipment within the factory and document its functionality. This role requires direct support of manufacturing activities, meaning you will spend significant time in and around factory areas.

You will actively participate in daily production meetings, assist with on-the-job training, and collaborate with Factory personnel and the Materials Management Team to address potential obsolescence or supply chain interruptions. Additionally, you will help drive the use of common materials and utilize Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability and eliminate constraints.
