Key Responsibilities
- check_circleVerify Technical Data Package shelf-life materials are correctly called out in Manufacturing Data Packages
- check_circleCollaborate on integrating process equipment within the factory and document equipment functionality
- check_circleNotify the Materials Management Team of potential materials obsolescence or supply chain interruptions
- check_circleAssist with on-the-job training for materials and processes and drive the use of common materials
- check_circleSupport process troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with Materials & Process Engineering Labs for root cause corrective action
- check_circleAddress production issues related to materials and processes by identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions
- check_circleParticipate in daily production meetings and collaborate with Factory personnel to support manufacturing activities
- check_circleWrite material processing procedures and assist in creating or editing Manufacturing Procedures
- check_circleUtilize Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability, eliminate constraints, and improve process sustainment
- check_circleIdentify alternatives for problem buys and obsolete materials, including drive testing to ensure compatibility

A hands-on and self-motivated learner with the ability to work independently and in a group environment.
