You will serve as a strategic partner to Private Client Advisors, ensuring the seamless execution of their client service operations. In this role, you will work closely with a team of associates to support a group of Advisors' book of business. Your day-to-day impact involves facilitating accurate and timely operational requests, such as account openings, money movements, and investment trades.
Beyond operational support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships. This includes processing requests, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date information to assist Advisors with ongoing wealth planning. You will also help manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client connections, and prepare timely performance reports. Additionally, you will actively engage in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures and account inquiries, while ensuring strict adherence to business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements.
