Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform high-volume RF testing using advanced equipment like spectrum and network analyzers
- check_circleAnalyze test data and provide detailed reports on product performance, quality, and reliability
- check_circleMentor team members and provide technical guidance in the RF domain
- check_circleCollaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve testability issues early in development
- check_circleParticipate in design reviews to provide feedback on testability and reliability
- check_circleDevelop and execute test plans for validating radio frequency systems and components
- check_circleDesign, develop, and troubleshoot RF test solutions for DVT and high-volume production
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- verified6+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting high-reliability embedded systems (or 4+ years with MS EE)
- verifiedEligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
- verifiedExperience with RF testing and validation
- verifiedExperience with automated test scripts and software tools
- verifiedExperience with MATLAB, Python, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, or ADS
Nice to Have
Experience with testing and troubleshooting RF and Microwave component/subsystems (e.g., up-converters, down converters, power amplifiers, waveform generators, RF modulators, limiters). Experience with RF principles and test methodologies. Experience in RF testing and validation. Experience with automated test scripts and software tools. Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, Python, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS), and Advanced Design System (ADS). Active DOD security clearance.
