Asset Management Technology (AMT) provides worldwide technology and support to all Investment Management, Research, Trading, and Investment Operations functions. Within this organization, the Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team is dedicated to delivering and maintaining solutions that empower the Quantitative Research team. We are seeking a Principal Quant Developer to join our Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team. In this role, you will partner closely with quant research and investments teams to design, build, enhance, and support a comprehensive Systematic Alternatives portfolio construction and Management System. This position is defined by hands-on development, requiring you to collaborate with a diverse team of quantitative researchers, software engineers, and developers to translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000–$216,000 USD per year, with placement determined by job responsibilities, scope, geographic location, and relevant experience. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package; eligible candidates may also receive bonus or other variable compensation. Master's degree in a computational field. Experience in Asset Management. Experience with portfolio construction and management. Experience with derivatives and financial instruments such as Futures, interest rate swaps (IRS), total return swaps (TRS), and FX forwards.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a computational field such as Computer Science; Master's degree is preferred.
