About the Role

As a Principal Engineer, you will immerse yourself in Strategic Nuclear Deterrence, bringing your expertise to the forefront of innovation. You will craft the backbone of mission-critical systems within a Special Access Program (SAP), safeguarding the lives of those who protect us.

This role is not just about designing software; it is about ensuring the efficacy and security of systems vital to national defense. You will work within a rapidly evolving global market, solving customers' toughest challenges while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Senior and Principal level peers. The position offers a unique opportunity to grow into leadership roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Software Lead while becoming a subject matter expert in communication technologies.

Location & Work Model: This is an Onsite role located in Richardson, Texas. Employees working in Onsite roles work primarily onsite, as production and maintenance employees are essential to the development of our products.

Eligibility: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the necessary security clearance. An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required on day one.
