Hands-on experience with lab bring up, prototype testing, instrumentation, and failure analysis. Proficiency with SPICE simulation, modeling tools, and power/analog design best practices. Understanding of EMI/EMC mitigation, grounding strategies, and system-level power integrity. Experience in program leadership, technical direction, or multi-disciplinary coordination. Experience working with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, RS-422/RS-485, Ethernet/TSN. Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering, requirements management, and digital engineering practices. Demonstrated expertise in high-density or high-efficiency power conversion, power sequencing, energy storage interfaces, or precision power control. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot designs at various maturity stages, including incomplete data sets, legacy architectures, and hardware already in build.
