The Radar Digital Products Department within Raytheon is seeking an Electrical Engineering Project Lead to direct teams of electrical engineers in completing custom military electrical hardware design and verification. This role focuses on planning, budgeting, internal and external design reviews, team coordination, issue resolution, and risk and opportunity management. You will work as part of a highly motivated team, collaborating with cross-functional project teams to support larger programs or internal research and development efforts.
This position is located 100% onsite in Tewksbury, MA (50 Apple Hill Dr, Assabet Bldg) or Marlborough, MA. The role is eligible for relocation.
This position requires an active U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret). U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain this clearance after day one. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote.
