The Principal Design Engineer plays a key role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing circuit designs that power Micron's next-generation memory technologies. This position serves as a vital bridge between technical execution and strategic product goals. You will partner closely with diverse teams—including Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing—to ensure best-in-class performance, quality, cost efficiency, and time-to-market.
In this role, you will drive architectural decisions related to power, speed, die area, and overall circuit performance. Your work involves defining design rules, device requirements, and validation strategies in collaboration with technology development and business units.
