Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess and diagnose patients at local clinics
- check_circleOversee, direct, and administer primary care
- check_circlePrescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
- check_circleMaintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway
- check_circleCollaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
- check_circleWork with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
Requirements
- verifiedMedical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- verifiedInternal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- verifiedActive, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- verifiedActive DEA license
- verifiedUS work authorization
Nice to Have
Fellowship training in Geriatrics. Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations. Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model. Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes. Experience in outpatient primary care settings. Bilingual proficiency where applicable.
