About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Pricing Lead Analytics Consultant to support the Auto lending business. In this position, you will provide analytical insights that drive pricing and profitability strategies, helping to maximize profits and asset growth while minimizing operating losses within risk and operating standards.
You will serve as a strategic advisor to line of business and companywide functions, utilizing research of performance metrics, population distribution trends, and complex data analysis. This role requires you to identify new tools and methods for data analysis, lead projects and teams, and mentor staff, interns, and external contractors. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Technology, Product, Risk, and Operations—to drive impact on specific products, problems, or initiatives.
The role demands the ability to work effectively with imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations. You will develop, test, and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives relevant to macro-economic conditions, ensuring adherence to compliance and legal regulations on all managed projects.
Work Environment & Expectations
This position offers a hybrid work schedule. The role is based in one of the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Chandler, AZ; or Sioux Falls, SD. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position, and it is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Experience with scripting languages to develop analytics automation. Ability to use imperfect information to solve complex problems and make strategic recommendations. Strong skills using statistical/data science tools such as SAS, R, Python, etc. Lead development of visualizations and dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Proven ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels to make high-impact decisions and complete challenging assignments. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguity while dealing with credit and operational problems. Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills based on analytics.
