The Role

As a Lead Teacher in Carefree, AZ, you will work side-by-side with fellow teachers and families to provide a warm, home-away-from-home environment for children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Operating under Early Learning Leaders NAC guidelines and Arizona Early Learning Standards, your focus is on creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and curating programs that align with children's unique interests and learning styles. You will partner closely with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children, maintaining a safe, clean, and exploratory environment while fostering effective communication.
