This position is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our guests while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and safely. You will be the backbone of our food preparation process, responsible for cutting, measuring, and preparing ingredients according to precise recipe specifications. From mixing doughs and batters to prepping sauces and packaging items for line cooks, your attention to detail ensures that our guests receive consistent, high-quality meals.
Beyond food preparation, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This includes sanitizing prep areas, managing waste disposal, and adhering strictly to food safety protocols regarding hygiene and allergen handling. The role requires a friendly, cheerful demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management, even in a fast-paced, high-energy, and occasionally crowded environment.
Candidates must be able to take and pass all required training tests with a score of 90% or higher. While no prior experience is required, a willingness to learn and a commitment to safety and quality are essential. New hires are expected to acquire a knife set within 30 days of employment if not already possessed.
