As a PreOp PACU RN Float Pool nurse, you will join a team passionate about the patient experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating nursing care preoperatively and postoperatively until patients are discharged. Your day-to-day involves preparing care areas, ensuring equipment availability, conducting comprehensive physical and psychological assessments, and administering pre-operative medications and IV therapy. You will also monitor operative sites and ensure patients meet all discharge criteria, embodying the values of quality care and compassion.
