As a Premium Customer Services Coordinator (PCSC), you will be a working member of the Premium Customer Services Group, responsible for the overall performance within the PCSC work area. This role may require you to lead and direct the work of other employees, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.
You will tackle challenges with flexibility and grace, enriching both your personal and work life. Your day will involve providing premium customer service to all guests, from greeting them by name and ensuring their access to clubs and lounges to resolving complex travel issues. You will coordinate services for elite status customers, oversee lounge operations, and manage business partners to ensure food, beverages, and amenities are always available. Whether you are assisting with flight changes, monitoring boarding times, or conducting inventory audits, you will play a vital part in keeping the largest airline in the world running smoothly.
Candidates must be able to attend training classes in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. The role requires adherence to government regulations, including FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access to airport security areas and securing appropriate security badges.
