About the Role
This fully remote position is for an Associate – Of Counsel (Remote) for an Associate – Of Counsel (Remote) available nationwide in any state in which Jackson Lewis maintains an office. state in which Jackson Lewis maintains an office. Pre-Litigation Associate – Of Counsel (Remote) are exempt attorneys employed to exercise their legal judgment to handle various duties in connection with the pre‑litigation matters including demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges. Pre-Litigation Associate – Of Counsel (Remote) are a non‑Principal track position. This role is available nationwide in any state in which Jackson Lewis maintains an office.

Requirements

- verifiedDemonstrated ability to operate in first chair capacity
- verifiedProficient with Microsoft Office programs
