About the Role
The Patient Engagement Center Advocate role will provide service to patients and providers via inbound and outbound calls. You will handle scheduling appointments, capturing messages for the clinic staff and providers, and addressing the needs of the customer with occasional guidance while ensuring KPI goals are met.

This is a fully remote position with paid remote training. You must live in one of the following 18 states:

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School or GED
- verified1+ years related experience in call center, customer service, medical office, medical office, or receptionist experience
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- verifiedKnowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- verifiedAbility to communicate effectively in English
- verifiedIntermediate to advanced computer operation
- verifiedBasic to intermediate problem solving including mathematics
