Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure staff and program operations meet state regulations and host school requirements
- check_circlePlan and lead engaging hands-on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum
- check_circleMaintain clear and consistent communication with parents and caregivers using the Playground App
- check_circleOversee daily operational tasks including attendance tracking, registration, and scheduling
- check_circleCollaborate with direct reports to support team morale and address operational concerns
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree with 12 credits in early childhood education plus 1 year teaching and 1 year supervision
- verifiedAssociate's degree in early childhood education with plan for Bachelor's or NYS Credential plus 2 years teaching and 2 years supervision
- verifiedNYS Children's Program Administrator Credential plus 1 year teaching and 1 year supervision
- verifiedCDA credential with plan for Bachelor's or NYS Credential plus 2 years teaching and 2 years supervision
- verifiedPass NYS OCFS background check
- verifiedMedically cleared to perform all job duties
