The Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Pre Arrival Coordinator to join our team. Our property features 1,574 newly renovated rooms located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for hospitality who are looking to learn and grow within the industry.
As a Pre Arrival Coordinator, you will be the architect of the guest's arrival experience. You will organize and oversee all tour group arrivals and pre-assigned groups to ensure total satisfaction. Your day will involve confirming all guests, pre-assigning specific accommodations, and ensuring special requests are met daily. You will serve as the communication hub, answering and dispatching telephone calls regarding reservations, credit card authorizations, VIPs, and site visits. You will coordinate continuously with Housekeeping, Sales, and Events teams to control room inventory, set the front office up for success, and identify opportunities for upgrades and upsells. From greeting guests to resolving challenges throughout their stay, you will provide prompt and courteous service that meets our company's high standards.
