The Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery group consists of 10 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. The team provides outstanding evidence-based care through an outreach program spanning 15 community sites across 6 facilities, ensuring patients have access to specialized expertise. The program also features a robust fellowship, offering a dynamic environment for academic growth and mentorship.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a collaborative group dedicated to advancing the field of urogynecology. You will assess and treat a wide range of conditions, performing office-based procedures, vaginal surgery, and minimally invasive surgical care. The role is deeply integrated into the academic mission of the hospital; you will be expected to mentor and teach residents and fellows who routinely rotate through the service.
The position includes extensive opportunities for research in all areas of urogynecology. The call schedule is designed to support the fellowship program, consisting primarily of back-up duties for fellows, averaging 4-5 weekends and 1-2 weekdays per month. This balance allows for a focus on clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and academic contribution.
