We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing department at the Dr. Joseph Henry Tyler, Jr. Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic in Lafayette, LA. This role is designed for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented nursing professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.
As a member of our team, you will provide specialized nursing treatment and care to behavioral health outpatient individuals. Your work will involve performing individualized direct care and care management, utilizing clinical judgment to assess, plan, and implement appropriate nursing interventions in accordance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
