About the Role
As the Post Production Supervisor, you will lead the future of our post-production operations. This leadership role is designed to bridge the gap between creative vision and business reality, ensuring that our high-performing team of editors, visual effects artists, and audio engineers delivers exceptional outcomes on time and within budget.
You will provide strategic, operational, and financial oversight for all post-production activities. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex workflows, from media ingest and archival to final delivery, while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes accountability, creativity, and professional growth. This position is critical for scaling our department, refining our processes, and integrating emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of leadership experience in post-production, media production, or related creative operations

Nice to Have
