Born in 2017 from the kitchen of Danny Meyer's Union Square Cafe in New York City, Daily Provisions is a growing collection of all-day neighborhood cafes with deep restaurant roots. A beloved neighborhood institution among New Yorkers, Daily Provisions has expanded to multiple locations across New York, Jersey City, Boston, and Washington, D.C. The brand offers a familiar, yet elevated, menu of classic dishes, including signature crullers, all-day breakfast sandwiches, and chef-driven salads.

About the Role

As a Porter, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of our guests and food safety. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all cookware and storage containers are kept in good shape and returned to storage areas properly. Your day will involve washing pots and pans, keeping both kitchen and dining room areas clean, and adhering to proper sanitation standards. Success in this position requires the ability to handle multiple daily responsibilities, display a willingness to learn and take direction, and work effectively in a team environment.

We are looking for candidates who can support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality and display cooperation, a sense of urgency, and house pride. Availability to work evening shifts is required.
